Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

What are your shipping options?

1- For Art & Antique Items :
We use the safest International Shipping Services that existed in our Area.
We serve two types of Shipping Services:
• Economic Shipping takes between 20-40 Days ( Free Shipping)
• Expedited Shipping takes between 5-20 Days ( Cost +40$ depends on destinations)


2- For Other Items :
* From China to the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe takes between 15-32 Days ( Free Shipping)
* From China to the rest of the world takes between 20-36 Days
We provide fast shipping for some items and the delivery time is between 7-25 Days

When will my order ship? Are you serve Free Shipping?

1- We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. we Usually Ship Within 24h.
We set our handling time to 1-6 days to make sure that your item is Very Protected to prevent break up or missing during transportation,
Please note it may take some time more than 6 Days in the Processing time because the Products are out of stock and needs to be delivered to our Warehouse first. to be inspected first by our professional QHSE Agents.

2- Yes, we serve Free Expedited Shipping for most items in our Store but please Read the item description Carefully.

    Please Note Due to limited international transportation, we will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the following countries:

I didn't claim my order after it has been delivered to the local post office, can you refund me or resend it back?

The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, You need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, we take no responsibility if products have been lost.
Please Note we will not refund you when we receive the returned items (unclaimed items), because of the high cost of shipping we already pays for your item.

What is your return policy for Art & Antique items?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not receiving the same item you ordered or in case of a breakup or missing parts, please inform us as soon as possible and we will be very happy to settle the situation no matter what the costs are.
PLEASE NOTE that in Antique and Art items we only accept your dispute on a breakup or missing parts Only, and you will get the right piece you needed,
Please inform us as quickly as possible, after you receive your item.


Do all the Products have the same refund policy?

No, each item has its refund policy.
Please Note some items have one original copy and there is no other one to be replaced in Art & Antique category.

What is Your Refund Policy and how do be eligible for a refund for Ordinary daily Products?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, and we offer a full refund or a replacement in the following Cases below, as well you shall open a dispute within 3 days after the package is delivered, and were not accept any dispute after 3 days of receiving the package.
  1. packages arrived are badly damaged. (Provide Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video).
  2. Orders are Delayed and take more than 60 Days for Orders to shipped to USA and UK.
  3. If You do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
  4. Incorrect or Missing Products


I ordered an Antique & Art item from your store and it has come broken-missing, can I receive another part?

Yes, In case of a breakup or missing piece in Antique & Art, we are ready at any time to ship the right piece you needed.
Please understand that we cannot give you the whole same product as you ordered but we are ready to give you the right piece you missing or breakup
Please Understand some items have no Refund Policy ( we do not accept refunds) because they are very RARE and EPIC and there is no other same Piece to be replaced, (Read the description of the item very carefully)

I have opened a dispute and your store didn't accept it.

1- For Art & Antique items:
the only reason why you will not be eligible to get a refund or another piece is that the product you buy is very Rare and Epic and there is no other same piece to be replaced. But please feel free to contact us as soon as possible.

2- For Daily items :
My production partner will not accept the following reason:
A- For any disputes arising from bad quality, my Partner may not accept the dispute.
B- The buyer does not like it.
C- The product description is not real.
D- Products smell unusual.
E- The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
F- The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
G- The product difference was negotiated in advance.
H- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
